 CTF Stats reset

All capture the flag data on the ladder has been reset. The data that was being captured was wrong and some people had 26000 captures but only 2000 attempts.

The problem was found a few days ago. It was fixed yesterday aswell as the stats being reset.

(Rating has nothing to do with CTF stats)
