I think you must host the file on a website like filehosting.org, then post a link to the resulting URL, if that makes sense.

I'm not allowed to post an actual link for 7 days, so just copy/paste that one into your URL bar.

You cant attach a file to a post, You have to upload it first by using a site like Speedyshare and then post the download link in your post.
